Matthew brings over thirty years of hospitality experience to his role as Food Service Director for Sandwich Public Schools. A Massachusetts native, he returned to his home state five years ago settling on the Cape. School nutrition is the latest chapter in a career that has included resorts, restaurants and ten years as the food service director at a law firm. He is passionate about high quality and local ingredients and brings this to school lunch.
